Picking up where the stories in the Undead Ballads collected trade paperback left off, and continuing the Nix Rock 'n Roll comics tradition of horror straight from the garage! These stories are informed and inspired by musical artists and songs by Alice Cooper, the Pack, The Cramps, Davie Allan & the Arrows, Al Perry and the entire "Back from the Grave" catalog. They are also inspired by trashy 70s movies like The Wild Angels and Sugar Hill.
The Vicar: Looking for Danger: Alberto finally leaves the Vicar's Choir after an explosive show at a West Texas dive named the New Rose. The garage rock monster slayer has no time to find a replacement though, as a rockabilly werewolf comes sniffin' for revenge! written by Ken Eppstein, drawn by Michael Neno.
Eddie and Squid Won't Die: Detective Markie Hill looks for answers as to why her zombie pawns won't return to the grave. Eddie and Squid want answers, too... But mostly because they are starting to stink. Like all smart people, they converge on a book store to find the info they need! Written by Ken Eppstein, Drawn by Andy Bennett.
The Uncanny Crystal Skulls: Aleister Crowe serenades his cellmate with his favorite 60s garage song. A little murder ballad about a hacking your bandmates' heads off to get a record deal!
